By accessing or using PrismRAG you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Service
PrismRAG provides APIs and tools for client-defined semantic mapping, ingestion, graph-augmented search, and optional deliberation features. Features vary by subscription plan.
Your content
You retain ownership of data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the service. You are responsible for having rights to submit content and for compliance with applicable laws.
Acceptable use
You may not abuse the API, attempt unauthorized access to other tenants' data, reverse engineer the service except as permitted by law, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
Fees & plans
Paid plans are billed per the pricing shown at signup or in your order form. Usage beyond plan limits may be blocked or charged per overage terms on your plan.
Availability & support
We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Enterprise agreements may include SLAs and dedicated support.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. The service is provided "as is" except where an enterprise agreement states otherwise.
