PrismRAG ("we", "us") provides an enterprise semantic re-mapping and retrieval platform. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our services.
Data we collect
- Account data: email, name, company, billing identifiers (via Stripe).
- Customer content: mapping rules, uploaded files, embeddings, and query text you submit for ingest and search.
- Usage data: API calls, quotas, audit logs (method, path, status, latency).
How we use data
We process data to provide the service, enforce plan limits, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your content or use it to train public models without a separate agreement.
Retention & deletion
Workspace data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of a workspace or account by contacting support. Backups may persist for a limited period per our retention schedule.
Subprocessors
We may use cloud infrastructure (e.g. PostgreSQL hosting, object storage, payment processing). A current list is available on request for enterprise customers.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Tenant isolation is enforced at the application layer. Enterprise deployments may add VPC peering, SSO, and customer-managed keys.
